If you have experienced a loss, no matter when your loss was, I would be honored to send you a physical memento to hold in memory of your sweet baby. These keepsakes have all been handmade by me.

Can I request for multiple losses?

Yes, you can. Please submit one form per loss *unless* you are requesting for twins. Please fill out one form per set of twins.

Are Luke's Lovies Keepsake Free?

Keepsakes are free. Although donations are not required, they are always greatly appreciated as Luke's Lovies runs on donations.

100% of donations go back into Luke's Lovies to help cover expenses such as shipping and shipping materials.

What type of keepsake will I receive?

Currently I am only able to donate Bootie ornaments. If you are interested in a Wing ornament or a blanket please contact me.

How long will it take to receive my keepsake?

Since we run solely on donations and profits from sales on etsy, if you are able to make a donation with your request your name will be moved up on the waiting list. All donations are greatly appreciated. With a $5 or more donation per keepsake, please allow 4-6+ weeks from request to shipping. If you are requesting multiple sets or if you have a special request, please allow extra time. We ask that if you are requesting multiple keepsakes that you consider adding to your shipping donation. When a donation is made, please write in the notes of the donation that you have requested a Keepsake as well as the email address used to fill out the form.

Can I request a Keepsake Set for someone other than myself?

Please do not request a set for someone other than yourself. We ask that you only request one Keepsake per loss per household. These are very personal items, and to insure that the Keepsake is what the parent(s) want, we ask that friends/family members do not make a request on their behalf. Please, feel free to share this page with anyone who you feel might benefit from a keepsake.

I am not located in the United States, can I still receive Luke's Lovies Keepsake?

Due to the high cost of shipping I cannot honor requests out of the United States at this time.

Will I receive a confirmation email once my form has been received?

When your keepsake is ready to ship you will receive an email from me to confirm your address. I cannot ship your keepsake until you respond to this email and confirm your address. This email will come from lukeslovies@gmail.com
